JT Private Data Integration

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

JT Private Data Integration is a private, single-user utility operated for the internal use of JT Consulting. It is not offered to the public and does not provide public user accounts.

2. Google data accessed

The integration uses read-only Gmail authorization to access selected email messages and the associated metadata required to identify and process those messages.

The integration cannot send messages, modify messages, delete messages, change labels, or otherwise write to the mailbox.

3. Purpose and use

Google user data is used solely to retrieve selected incoming messages and extract the minimum information required for the owner’s private local workflow.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, public services, or purposes unrelated to the integration’s stated function.

4. Processing and storage

Processing takes place locally under the control of the owner. Full message bodies and complete MIME messages are not intentionally retained. The integration may retain the minimum extracted information and operational metadata required for its private function.

OAuth credentials are stored locally and are not embedded in this website or exposed through its public pages.

5. Disclosure and transfer

Google user data is not sold, licensed, disclosed, or transferred to third parties. No third party is given access to the owner’s mailbox through this integration.

6. Retention and deletion

Source message content is retained only for the time necessary to complete local processing. Minimal extracted records may be retained for the owner’s private workflow and may be deleted by the owner at any time.

The owner may revoke the integration’s Google account access through Google Account security settings.

7. Security

Access is restricted to the owner. The integration applies least-privilege authorization and does not request mailbox write permissions.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

JT Private Data Integration’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising technologies, tracking pixels, or cookies.
